AI implementations across the Microsoft ecosystem

I bring AI into companies that run on Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Copilot training, NIS2, AI Act and GDPR audits, and AI agent implementations — from the first conversation to a working system in your team's hands.

AI implementations across the Microsoft ecosystem

I design and implement AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry and the Power Platform — from the first concept to a working system in your team's hands. I work with companies that want AI to do something concrete, not just look good in a slide deck.

Who it's for

Companies running on Microsoft 365 and Azure that have one specific process to speed up — handling tickets, preparing quotes, analysing documents — not a general need to "adopt AI".

What I do

I analyse the process you point me at, build an agent or automation in Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Microsoft Foundry, and connect it to the data and systems your company already uses.

The outcome

A working system in your team's hands, not a slide. The chosen process takes less time, and the team knows how to run and extend it on its own.

Process analysis

I break the chosen process down into steps and the data your company already has.

Building the solution

An agent or automation in Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Microsoft Foundry.

Team rollout

Going live in production and handing it over to the team so they can develop it further.

Corporate training

Learning on real tools

Copilot Chat

Who it's for: teams just starting out with AI. What you'll learn: to write effective prompts, summarise documents and emails, and analyse data in Excel and Word without extra tools.

Copilot Cowork

Who it's for: teams that want to hand AI a whole task, not a single step. What you'll learn: to assign Copilot Cowork multi-step work on Microsoft 365 files and data — from gathering material to a finished result — and to control costs (consumption-based billing).

Copilot Studio

Who it's for: departments that want to take over repetitive tasks — handling tickets, answering customer questions. What you'll learn: to build your own conversational agent without writing code, from the first scenario to a team rollout.

Agent Builder

Who it's for: people responsible for a specific business process. What you'll learn: to create a specialised AI agent tailored to that process and connect it to company data.

Power Automate

Who it's for: teams that repeat the same steps across applications. What you'll learn: to build flows that move data, send notifications and trigger AI agents in the background — without writing code.

Microsoft Foundry

Who it's for: technical teams. What you'll learn: to build, test and deploy your own AI solutions on the Microsoft Foundry platform, including model choice and cost control.

Microsoft Scout early access

Who it's for: teams that want an agent working in the background without being asked. What you'll learn: to run and supervise Microsoft Scout — an autonomous agent that keeps track of things in Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365 files and acts on them. Frontier program — feature in preview.

Audits

Compliance, before someone else checks it

NIS2

A check of whether your company meets the requirements of the NIS2 directive — risk management, incident reporting, supply chain security. The audit covers a review of documentation and processes. Outcome: a report with a list of gaps and a prioritised action plan.

AI Act

An assessment of whether the AI systems used in your company fall within the requirements of the EU AI Act — risk classification and the obligations that follow from your role as provider or deployer of a system. Outcome: a classification of every AI system in the company and a list of actions needed for compliance.

GDPR

An audit of personal data processing for GDPR compliance, with particular attention to AI systems — whether data reaches the model and whether it should. Outcome: a report with findings and recommendations, ready to present to the board or your DPO.

AI Agent Generator

A tool for building AI agents on Microsoft Foundry and Power Automate — without configuring infrastructure from scratch. In the works: sign up and you'll be among the first to get access.

Demo — 3 choices, a ready-made agent workflow. No AI model involved.

Andrzej Bereźnicki

About me

My name is Andrzej Bereźnicki. I help companies bring AI into their everyday work — from the first Copilot training sessions, through compliance audits, to custom tools built on Microsoft Foundry. I'm not a large consulting firm with a layer of intermediaries — from the first conversation to the rollout you talk directly to me. I work in the Microsoft ecosystem every day, so I know what can actually be done in Copilot and Azure and what is just vendor marketing — and I say so plainly when AI isn't the right solution to a given problem.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does training, an audit or an implementation cost?

I prepare every quote individually after a first, no-obligation call. The cost depends on the scope of the process, the number of people and what the company already has in place — which is why I don't publish a fixed price list.

How long does a project take?

I give timelines together with the quote, after the first call — once I know the scope. Training is usually a matter of days; an implementation takes from a few weeks upwards, depending on how complex the process is.

Do we need Microsoft 365, Copilot or Azure licences to get started?

No. To start, all you need is a first call. Which licences a specific solution needs is something we work out at the quote stage — and we pick them so you don't pay for anything you won't use.

What does working together look like, step by step?

The full course — stages, dates and deliverables — is set out in the proposal you get after the first call. We start with an analysis of the chosen process and finish with a working solution handed over to the team.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Remotely. The whole engagement — from the first call, through workshops, to the rollout — takes place online.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Billing is done on the basis of a VAT invoice.
